Returns & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Hijabs that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Return Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
3. After inspection, an exchange or store credit will be issued (as applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assistance.

Note: Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
